Tom Pascarella

Tom joined Allen Partners in 2015 with focus on a range of fund managers primarily in the private credit, alternatives, real assets and insurance-linked securities. Additionally, completed several corporate finance transactions with private companies.

Over 30 years in various client management and senior management roles in Corporate & Investment Banking. Concluded career in 2010 as CEO and MD of Bank of America N.A. Sydney branch. Prior roles with Banque Paribas (Sydney and Singapore), Citibank Australia (Sydney) and with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York where Tom started his career.

Directorship roles include President of AmCham Australia; Chair of the Australian-American Fulbright Commission: Chair of ASX listed Agricultural Land Trust, and IMEXHS Ltd; current NED roles with Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises and Austar Capital.

Government related roles include Commercial Advisor to the NSW Premier and Cabinet on Crown Resort Ltd’s proposal for an A$1.5billion integrated resort / gaming facility; Advisor to Treasury’s Infrastructure and Structured Finance Unit; and Advisor to Treasury on the buy-back of the Olympic stadium (branded Accor Stadium).

Tom graduated from Princeton University in 1985 with an A.B. in Political Economy and completed the Advanced Management Program at Templeton College at Oxford University during 1999. Tom is a 20 year Fellow of FinSIA and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
