Leila Packett

Leila joined Allen Partners in early 2025, returning from London where she worked in distribution at Threadmark, a global capital advisory and private placement agent focusing on real assets strategies. She has a network of global relationships with investors in Europe, North America, APAC and the Middle East and capital advisory experience across a broad range of private markets strategies for institutional clients. Leila has a deep background in commercial property advisory, investment, and law having worked on capital markets transactions teams at Massons (Sydney), Savills (Sydney, London) and Pi Labs (London). 

Leila has a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School, Level 3 certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and was the winner of the 2020 Investment Property Forum prize (UK). She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the  Australian National University and a diploma of legal practice (PLT) from College of Law Australia.
