Our Team

Federico has 10+ years’ experience in M&A, banking and structured finance. Before joining Allen Partners, Federico spent six years as Senior Associate at Allen&Overy (Milan and London). In this capacity, he was in charge of the structured finance practice of the Milan office and assisted major Italian and European banks and corporates in the legal structuring of their securitisation transactions and covered bonds programmes. Previously, Federico spent five years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Milan), working in the M&A and finance departments. He holds a bachelor degree in law (summa cum laude) at the University of Bologna, and a Master of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sydney. He is a lawyer authorised to practice in Italy. Federico is also fluent in Italian and French.
